This Easy Mango Sorbet is what you need on a hot Summer Day to cool down and feel fresh. It’s also a great dessert option, or just when you need something sweet.
Easy to make (no fancy equipment required, only a food processor or blender), Healthy, Gluten-Free, Vegan, and delicious. It’s my kid’s favorite dessert in Summertime.
And the best part? You only need 3 ingredients!
Just mango, orange, and lemon.
Maple syrup is totally optional, but trust me, it’s not necessary; mangoes, in general, are super sweet.

RECIPE AND INSTRUCTIONS
Easy Mango Sorbet, just 3 ingredients!
Equipment
- Food processor
Ingredients
- 3 cups mangoes frozen
- ½ cup orange juice
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp maple or date syrup Optional, if the mangoes are not sweet enough
Instructions
- Prepare a freezer-safe dish for the sorbet (if you plan to freeze the sorbet for a firmer consistency). I use Silicone Bread and Loaf Pans.
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor; blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides with a spatula as needed.
- At this point, you can enjoy it right away for a softer texture. Alternatively, you can freeze the sorbet transferring it into a freezer-safe dish, and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours (or until firm).
- Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy it!
