This is a one-bowl recipe with simple ingredients and whole foods. It’s super easy and healthy—my favorite meal!

Easy and Healthy Vegan Banana Oat slices
Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats Gluten-Free
- 2 bananas Overripe
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup blueberries Fresh
- ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional
- ¼ cup vegan dark chocolate chips optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mashed the bananas.
- Using a bowl, mix well all the ingredients together.
- In a 9” x 9” baking pan press the dough until it's uniform.
- Bake for about 30 mins.
- Let it cool on a wire rack and then cut it in bars or slices for serving.
