Easy and Healthy Vegan Banana Oat slices

Healthy ingredients and easy recipe! Great option for breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats Gluten-Free
  • 2 bananas Overripe
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup blueberries Fresh
  • ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional
  • ¼ cup vegan dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mashed the bananas.
  • Using a bowl, mix well all the ingredients together.
  • In a 9” x 9” baking pan press the dough until it's uniform.
  • Bake for about 30 mins.
  • Let it cool on a wire rack and then cut it in bars or slices for serving.
