HOW TO PREPARE THIS SMOOTHIE

(Please read the printable recipe card below for detailed ingredients, measurements, steps, and notes).

This recipe is super easy to prepare and is ready in minutes.

Blend the sliced peaches, banana, frozen mango, soy milk, orange juice, and optional ingredients until smooth; sweeten with maple syrup if desired, and serve immediately.

Now, let’s dive into the kitchen tools, necessary ingredients, and the step-by-step process with helpful pictures if needed.

USEFUL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

Here’s a list of essential kitchen tools needed to prepare the recipe:

  • High-speed blender: This is key to achieving a smooth, creamy texture without chunks. A powerful blender will break down the frozen mango and blend the ingredients into a luscious smoothie.
  • Measuring cups: Ensuring the right balance of ingredients is important for taste and consistency.

Now, let’s review the list of ingredients and potential substitutions in some cases.

INGREDIENTS NOTES

Mango Peach Banana Smoothie ingredients

Here is a list of everything you will need to prepare this delicious smoothie:

  • Frozen Mango: Using frozen mango chunks gives the smoothie a thick, creamy texture without needing ice. It also enhances the tropical flavor. Substitution: Fresh mango + ice cubes.
  • Ripe Peaches: Fresh peaches add a juicy sweetness and subtle tartness that complement the mango and banana perfectly. Substitution: Nectarines or frozen peach slices.
  • Banana: Bananas are naturally sweet and creamy, making them a perfect base for smoothies. They also add a good amount of fiber.
  • Soy Milk: Unsweetened soy milk keeps the smoothie light and dairy-free while adding a touch of creaminess and a boost of protein. Substitution: Any plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut).
  • Orange Juice: Fresh orange juice adds a bright citrus flavor that pairs wonderfully with the mango and peach, boosting the vitamin C content.
  • Chia Seeds (optional): For an extra nutritional punch, chia seeds add omega-3s, fiber, and protein. Substitution: Flaxseeds or hemp seeds.
  • Maple Syrup (optional): A natural sweetener that enhances the smoothie’s sweetness without refined sugars. Substitution: Date syrup or a ripe Medjool date for sweetness.

MANGO PEACH BANANA SMOOTHIE | Refreshing & Healthy Recipe

This Mango Peach Banana Smoothie is a refreshing blend of tropical flavors, perfect for a quick breakfast or healthy snack. Made with frozen mango, ripe peaches, and banana, it's creamy, naturally sweet, and loaded with vitamins.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Course Breakfast, Smoothie, Snack
Cuisine Gluten-Free, Vegan
Servings 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango (cut in chunks, frozen)
  • 2 peaches (ripe, pitted and sliced)
  • 1 banana (ripe, peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup soy milk (unsweetened or any plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruits: Pit and slice the peaches. Peel the banana (you can cut it). I love keeping some pieces of fruit for decoration. Juice the orange.
  • Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, add the frozen mango chunks, sliced peaches, and banana. Pour in the almond milk and orange juice. Add the ice cubes (if using) and chia seeds if desired. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more soy milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Sweeten (Optional): Taste the smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add the maple syrup and blend again until well combined.
  • Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious mango peach banana smoothie!

Notes

  • Adjusting Sweetness: The ripeness of your fruits will affect the sweetness of the smoothie. Taste before adding maple syrup; you may find it sweet enough without it.
  • Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add more soy milk to thin it out. For a thicker consistency, add a few more frozen mango chunks or a handful of ice.
  • Storage: This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir well before drinking.
  • Customizations: You can add a handful of spinach or kale for a green smoothie boost without significantly changing the flavor.
  • Boost protein by adding silken tofu, chia, flaxseeds, nut butter, oats, or hemp seeds.
