Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (16 g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½–1 tsp kala namak (black salt, to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix the Seasoning: Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar and mix well until evenly combined.
- Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
Notes
- Kala namak provides the eggy flavor — start with ½ tsp and increase if desired.
