Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (16 g)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½–1 tsp kala namak (black salt, to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Seasoning: Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar and mix well until evenly combined.
  • Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.

Notes

  • Kala namak provides the eggy flavor — start with ½ tsp and increase if desired.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
  • Great to keep pre-mixed for fast weekday breakfasts.
