- 1 tsp dried minced onion (about 1 g)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4– 1/2 cup water (60–120 ml, adjust for desired thickness)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a blender or small bowl, add Dijon mustard, tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, dried minced onion, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- Add water: Pour in 1/4 cup of water and blend or whisk until creamy.
