- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (45 g)
- 2 Tbsp tahini (30 g)
- 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon, 60 ml)
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (10 g)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (15 ml)
- 1 tsp dried minced onion (about 1 g)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4– 1/2 cup water (60–120 ml, adjust for desired thickness)
Combine ingredients: In a blender or small bowl, add Dijon mustard, tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, dried minced onion, garlic salt, and black pepper.
Add water: Pour in 1/4 cup of water and blend or whisk until creamy.
Adjust consistency: Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your preferred thickness.
Taste and serve: Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
- This dressing thickens slightly when refrigerated. Stir in a little water to loosen it up before serving.
