5-MINUTE CREAMY LEMON TAHINI DRESSING (WFPB)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard (45 g)
  • 2 Tbsp tahini (30 g)
  • 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon, 60 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (10 g)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (15 ml)
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion (about 1 g)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4– 1/2 cup water (60–120 ml, adjust for desired thickness)

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients: In a blender or small bowl, add Dijon mustard, tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, dried minced onion, garlic salt, and black pepper.
  • Add water: Pour in 1/4 cup of water and blend or whisk until creamy.
  • Adjust consistency: Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your preferred thickness.
  • Taste and serve: Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.

Notes

  • This dressing thickens slightly when refrigerated. Stir in a little water to loosen it up before serving.
  • Great for salads, bowls, or as a dip for roasted veggies.
  • Keep it in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
