VEGAN RANCH DRESSING RECIPE
This creamy Vegan Ranch Dressing is a flavorful and healthy alternative to traditional ranch dressings. Made with soaked cashews, lemon juice, and a blend of herbs, it's perfect for adding a rich, tangy flavor to salads, wraps, and more.

- 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight in cool water or with hot water for 15-30 mins and then drained
- 1 medjool date pitted
- Juice of ½ lemon fresh
- 1 ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ Tbsp coconut aminos or balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk almond or soy milk
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dill dried
- 1 Tbsp parsley dried
- 1 Tbsp green onions fresh finely chopped
In a blender, blend all the dressing ingredients (but the dry parsley, dill and the green onions) until smooth. Add 1 extra Tbsp of water at a time to adjust the desired consistency.
You can also add more seasoning or herbs to adjust the taste.
Stir in green onions, dill and parsley.
Before serving, chill the dressing in the fridge in an airtight container, for best conssitency and flavor.
Serve with chips and/or veggies and salads (you can also use this dressing as a spread for your sandwiches).
