VEGAN RANCH DRESSING RECIPE

This creamy Vegan Ranch Dressing is a flavorful and healthy alternative to traditional ranch dressings. Made with soaked cashews, lemon juice, and a blend of herbs, it's perfect for adding a rich, tangy flavor to salads, wraps, and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight in cool water or with hot water for 15-30 mins and then drained
  • 1 medjool date pitted
  • Juice of ½ lemon fresh
  • 1 ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp coconut aminos or balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk almond or soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill dried
  • 1 Tbsp parsley dried
  • 1 Tbsp green onions fresh finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, blend all the dressing ingredients (but the dry parsley, dill and the green onions) until smooth. Add 1 extra Tbsp of water at a time to adjust the desired consistency.
  • You can also add more seasoning or herbs to adjust the taste.
  • Stir in green onions, dill and parsley.
  • Before serving, chill the dressing in the fridge in an airtight container, for best conssitency and flavor.
  • Serve with chips and/or veggies and salads (you can also use this dressing as a spread for your sandwiches).
