Add the blueberries to a blender at high speed, and blend until smooth.
Transfer the blueberries to a jar and mix with chia seeds. Let it rest for 15 min in the fridge, waiting for the mixture to gel.

Notes
• If you’re using frozen blueberries, let them thaw a little if your blender is not so potent (that is my case!).• You can add 1 or 2 tbsp of Maple Syrup for extra sweetness.• This recipe is not suitable for canning. Keep it in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze it for up to 2 months.
