- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 Tbsp water (to thin to desired consistency)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Combine the hummus, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, stirring continuously until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. It should be creamy enough to pour easily.
