Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup prepared oil-free hummus
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp water (to thin to desired consistency)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the hummus, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, stirring continuously until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. It should be creamy enough to pour easily.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
