- 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 2–3 pitted dates optional
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup silken tofu
- Ice cubes as needed
Prep ingredients: Pit the dates if using. Break up tofu for easier blending.
Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Adjust: Blend until creamy. Add more ice or milk for the desired consistency.
