EASY AND HEALTHY BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
These easy and healthy banana oatmeal cookies recipe only needs three ingredients! They are slightly chewy and with the right sweetness.

bananas
Overripe.
2
cups
old-fashioned oats
Gluten Free if need it.
⅓
cup
unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees (180 C).
Prepare an oven tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a mixing bowl, place peeled bananas and mash them.
Add the 2 cups of oats to the mixture.
Fold the shredded coconut and combine all the ingredients.
Make the cookies, shaping them with your hands and place them in the baking tray.
Place them into the oven, and bake them for about 15 minutes (or until they are slightly golden).
Let the cookies cool and enjoy them!
Notes
Optional Add-Ins instead shredded coconut:
• ⅓ cup of chocolate chips.
• 1/2 cup of blueberries.
• 1 tsp. cinnamon.
• ¼ cup chopped walnuts
